AMAGENCY LLC is committed to making https://www.amagencyusa.com usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology, and to offering another way to reach us whenever anything on the site gets in your way.

Scope

This statement covers www.amagencyusa.com, including the Live Line on our AI voice agents page. Websites we build for clients are made accessible to the standard agreed for each project.

Standard and Status

We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We consider this site partially conformant: most content meets the standard, with the limitations listed below. The site was last assessed on September 29, 2026, through automated testing of its main pages at desktop and phone sizes, with every issue found fixed the same day, together with manual keyboard and layout testing. A full audit with screen readers is planned.

How the Site Is Built

• Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and one main heading per page.
• Full keyboard access to navigation, menus and forms, and a skip-to-content link on every page.
• Visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
• Meaningful alternative text for informative images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Text and controls that meet contrast requirements against the site’s light background.
• Respect for your device’s reduce-motion setting: animation stops and smooth scrolling is turned off.
• Form fields with visible labels, and error messages linked to the fields they describe.
• Touch targets of at least 44 pixels.

The Live Line

The Live Line lets you talk with Ada, our AI concierge, in your browser. It can be started, muted and ended with the keyboard, and it shows a live caption of the conversation as it happens. It relies on speech, so if you would rather not use a microphone, or you are Deaf or hard of hearing, you can reach us by email at sales@amagencyusa.com, or by phone at +1 (209) 329-5453 (relay users can dial 711).

Known Limitations

• The animated background is decorative only. It carries no information, is hidden from screen readers and stays still when your device’s reduce-motion setting is on.
• Checkout for the Website Launch takes place on Stripe’s website, and our reviews are hosted by Google. We don’t control the accessibility of those pages.
• Some imagery is AI-generated concept artwork; its alternative text describes what the image shows.
• Our phone line is answered by an AI voice agent, and the Live Line is voice-based; email is always available instead.

Technical Details

The site is built with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA, and is designed to work with current browsers and assistive technologies.
