1. Overview
At AMAGENCY, we build premium websites, AI automation systems, AI voice agents, custom GPTs, dashboards, and digital infrastructure designed to help businesses capture more leads, book more appointments, reduce manual work, and operate more efficiently.
Because our services involve strategy, planning, custom development, software setup, third-party integrations, creative execution, and dedicated implementation time, all payments are subject to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
By purchasing, approving, or beginning any service with AMAGENCY, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
2. Custom Digital Services
AMAGENCY provides customized digital services that are built specifically around each client’s business, brand, workflow, goals, tools, and operational needs. These services may include, but are not limited to:
Website design and development, AI automation systems, AI phone agents, custom GPT setup, CRM integrations, lead capture systems, booking workflows, performance dashboards, email and SMS follow-up systems, consulting, strategy, and technical implementation.
Because these services require custom planning and dedicated production work, payments made for custom digital services are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
3. Deposits and Project Payments
Deposits, retainers, setup fees, and initial project payments are used to reserve AMAGENCY’s time, begin strategy work, prepare project assets, configure tools, design systems, and start development.
For this reason, deposits and setup fees are non-refundable once the project has been approved, scheduled, or started.
If a client decides to cancel a project after work has begun, AMAGENCY reserves the right to retain payment for all completed work, planning, strategy, design, development, software configuration, communication, and administrative time already invested into the project.
4. Monthly Services and Subscriptions
Monthly services may include ongoing automation maintenance, website support, AI system monitoring, performance reporting, CRM updates, content adjustments, consulting, hosting-related support, or other recurring services.
Monthly service payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
If a client wishes to cancel a monthly service, written notice must be provided at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. Services will remain active through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Third-Party Fees and Software Costs
AMAGENCY may recommend or connect third-party platforms, tools, software, apps, hosting services, domains, phone systems, AI platforms, CRMs, payment processors, or automation tools as part of a client project.
Any third-party costs are the responsibility of the client and are non-refundable through AMAGENCY. This may include, but is not limited to, Wix, domain providers, CRM platforms, Make.com, Zapier, OpenAI, Vapi, Twilio, Google Workspace, payment processors, hosting platforms, advertising platforms, plugins, or other external software providers.
Refunds for third-party tools must be requested directly through the third-party provider and are subject to that provider’s own refund policy.
6. Completed Work and Delivered Assets
Once a project milestone, website page, automation workflow, AI agent, dashboard, setup, consultation, strategy document, or digital asset has been delivered, reviewed, installed, configured, or made available to the client, that portion of the service is considered completed and is not eligible for a refund.
AMAGENCY is committed to delivering professional work and will make reasonable revisions within the approved project scope. However, a change in business direction, personal preference, delayed client response, lack of usage, or failure to provide required materials does not qualify as grounds for a refund.
7. Revisions and Service Adjustments
If a client is unsatisfied with a deliverable, AMAGENCY will first review the concern and determine whether the issue falls within the approved project scope.
When appropriate, AMAGENCY may provide revisions, corrections, adjustments, or service credits at its discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered in rare cases where AMAGENCY determines that a paid service was not started, not delivered, or cannot be reasonably completed.
Requests for revisions must be submitted in writing with clear details about the issue, requested correction, and related project item.
8. Client Responsibilities
To complete projects efficiently, clients are responsible for providing timely access, approvals, brand assets, written content, login credentials, business information, feedback, and any materials required to complete the work.
Delays caused by missing information, lack of communication, delayed approvals, unavailable access, or incomplete client materials do not qualify for a refund.
If a project is paused or delayed by the client for an extended period, AMAGENCY may adjust the timeline, restart the project at a later date, or require additional fees to resume work depending on the amount of time and resources required.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact AMAGENCY directly before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal.
AMAGENCY takes all billing concerns seriously and will make a reasonable effort to resolve any issue professionally. Filing a chargeback without first contacting AMAGENCY may result in immediate suspension of services, removal of access to active systems, pause of development work, and termination of ongoing support.
10. Refund Request Process
To request a refund review, the client must contact AMAGENCY in writing and include the following information:
Client name, business name, service purchased, payment date, reason for the request, and any supporting details related to the concern.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. AMAGENCY reserves the right to approve, deny, partially approve, or offer a service credit depending on the work completed, time invested, project status, and original service agreement.
11. No Guaranteed Results
AMAGENCY builds systems designed to improve business operations, lead capture, response speed, automation, organization, and digital presence. However, results may vary based on market conditions, client follow-through, advertising budget, sales process, offer strength, website traffic, industry demand, and other factors outside of AMAGENCY’s control.
Refunds will not be issued based solely on expected revenue, projected leads, estimated bookings, or business outcomes that depend on factors beyond the technical services provided by AMAGENCY.
