This Privacy Policy explains how AMAGENCY LLC (“AMAGENCY,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit https://www.amagencyusa.com, submit a form, place an order, or use a system we have built.

Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly:

• Free AI Audit and contact requests: your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, industry, and the details you share about your business, current software, and project needs.
• Website Launch orders: everything above plus the business details you enter for your site — brand colors, a logo file you upload, a tagline, an about paragraph, and a services list.
• Payments:when you pay, you enter your card details on Stripe's secure checkout page. We never see or store your card number. We keep only a Stripe transaction reference, the amount, and the date.

We also collect limited technical information automatically. Our site is hosted by Vercel, whose servers log standard details such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. We use these only for security and to keep the site running.

How We Use Information

• To scope, propose, build, and deliver the services you ask for
• To process payments and keep accurate order records
• To send follow-up communications related to a request or order you made
• To maintain the security and functionality of our website

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who We Share It With

We share information only with the providers we rely on to run the business:

• Monday.com — stores and manages inquiries and orders, including any logo file you upload.
• Stripe — processes payments. Card data goes directly to Stripe and never passes through our systems.
• Vercel — hosts this website and keeps the server logs described above.

Each provider handles your information under its own privacy policy and is authorized to use it only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Preview Sites

After you pay for a Website Launch, the content you submitted — including the business email address and phone number you provided — is displayed on a preview site at your chosen web address on amagencyusa.com. Preview sites are hidden from search engines but can be viewed by anyone who has the link, so only submit contact details you are comfortable publishing.

AI Voice Agents & Call Recordings

AI voice agents we build for clients may record calls and produce transcripts and summaries. Those recordings belong to the client whose phone line the agent answers and are covered by that client's own privacy practices. Recordings and transcripts are stored on the platform the agent runs on, under the client's account wherever possible, and retained according to that client's settings. AMAGENCY accesses call data only to build, test, monitor, and support the agent, and does not use it for any other purpose.

Text Messages

If you choose text as your preferred contact method on a form, we may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.

Cookies & Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use it — which pages are read, how people arrive, and which devices they use. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies and receives your IP address, which Google shortens before storing. We use it only in aggregate to improve the site; we do not use it to identify you individually, and we have not linked it to Google Ads or any advertising product.

You can opt out. Install Google's official Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or use your browser's Do Not Track or cookie-blocking settings. Opting out does not affect your ability to use any part of this site. Aside from analytics, the site uses only the technical storage needed for core functionality, such as remembering your progress in a multi-step form.

How We Protect Information

We protect your information using HTTPS, access controls on the tools we use, and reputable providers. Payment card details are entered directly into Stripe's checkout and never pass through our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How Long We Keep It

• Inquiry records: up to 24 months after our last contact with you.
• Order, invoice, and payment records: 7 years, for tax and accounting purposes.
• Preview sites, uploaded logos, and build files: removed 90 days after launch or after a project is canceled.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner, subject to those record-keeping obligations.

Your Choices & California Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time. California residents may also have the right to know what personal information we hold about them and not to be treated differently for exercising their rights. To make a request, email sales@amagencyusa.comwith “Privacy Request” in the subject line; we will verify your identity and respond within 45 days.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
